SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be ready for dispatch within 24-72 hours of the order being placed (unless stated otherwise specified in the product description)
We offer free Domestic Postage for orders above $100!
(Domestic orders under $100 a courier fee will be calculated at checkout)
All sneaker orders are double boxed to assure orders arrive to our customers safely. 
All domestic and international postage is sent via New Zealand couriers

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) 
Expected delivery time for North island customers - 1 - 3 business days. 
Expected delivery time for South island customers - 3- 6 business days.

International Shipping (Australia)
Expected delivery time for Standard Shipping is 5 - 12 business days.
AU Shipping rate:
AU shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
 
Import (Australia)
Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be subject to custom or import duties. To avoid any unexpected fees once the item arrives in your country, we would recommend contacting your local customs office beforehand. 
If your parcel is charged, it is up to the buyer to cover these costs.

 

Damaged delivery
If an item has been received damaged Please contact us within 5 days of the item being received. Email sales@axscollective.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss a resolution. AXS Collective will not be able to help if the above procedure is not followed.

 

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and we cannot guarantee the service of New Zealand couriers being 100% accurate at all times.
