REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns based on change of mind

Due to the anonymous nature of our resale platform, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size.

So please make your purchase carefully!

Once you have placed your order, we cannot change or cancel your order.

Therefore, all transactions are final.

 

Returns based on fit for use

Sneakers that might have a manufacturing fault may be sent to our team to be assessed to see whether they were damaged through wear and tear or if it was indeed a manufacturing fault.

If our team has deemed the product to be a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear we will then offer a full refund.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We are happy to provide you with a full refund where goods meet ALL of the below conditions:

  1. You have contacted us and requested a return within 30 days of purchase.
    2. We have reviewed and accepted your return request.
    3. The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery within New Zealand. 
    4. The item is returned in original condition (e.g. unworn, unwashed, still in original packaging including any paper and original tags attached)
    5. The return is accompanied with original proof of purchase documentation.
    6. Items must be shipped back within a postal box, items CAN NOT be shipped in bags (unless they were shipped originally in a bag).

IF your return does not meet ALL of the above requirements, the items will NOT be accepted for return. 

AXS Collective reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender

 

CHANGE TO THE POLICY

AXS Collective may change this policy at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones. Changes may take the form of a completely new policy. We will tell you about any changes by posting an updated policy on our website. Any change we make applies from the date we post it on the website.
